I've heard positive things about CDI College. My best friend received one of her diplomas here and has been working in the field she's been trained in for eight years.
CDI College focuses on the functionality of their School of Business, School of Health Care and School of Technology programs. Each program takes place at the campus and is treated like a work day in that your classes start at 8:00 a.m. and end around 4:00 p.m. For those who have not been in the workforce before or are re-entering it these hours help them to adjust to typical work days.
The knowledge gained by students is taught by instructors who are working in the industry and have not only the "book knowledge" but also the practical application experience.
Students are able to meet with placement coordinators near the end of their program to assist them in securing employment. This is a great opportunity to help the students see who their new skill set can potentially be applied to different sectors and industries.
